Alessandra Vignola
Alessandra is a GRI-Certified sustainability professional with 20+ years’ experience across the UK and Europe; her knowledge spans operational leadership and strategic consulting to academia. She has completed a Doctorate in Business Administration at a university in Scotland on Sustainability Management in hospitality organisations and holds a BA (Hons) First Class in International Business and Tourism Management, with a focus on circular economy. She also holds a certificate from the Carbon Literacy Project UK. Her work bridges research and practice, turning rigorous analysis into real change for the organisations and institutions she works with.

Dr. Souha Bel Haj Messaoud
Dr. Souha Bel Haj Messaoud is a globally experienced GRI Accredited Sustainability Professional Quality and Sustainability Governance expert with over 15 years of international experience across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Her work operates at the intersection of ESG regulation, assurance systems, and operational governance, helping organisations navigate complex sustainability frameworks and regulatory landscapes.

Veselina Vargova
Veselina Vargova is a sustainability and ESG professional with extensive international experience in ESG reporting, sustainable finance, and organizational capacity building across Europe, the GCC/MENA region, and Africa. As Co-Founder of Rhodope Global, she advises organizations on developing and implementing practical ESG strategies aligned with globally recognized frameworks, including CSRD/ESRS, IFRS S1 and S2, GRI, ISSB, and PCAF.

Anula Galewska
Anula Galewska is a sustainability consultant and Certified GRI Sustainability Professional with over 12 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, and sustainability. Anula is an accredited trainer with the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and serves as an auditor and representative for several internationally recognised sustainability certification programmes. Her areas of expertise include sustainability reporting, ESG, CSR, sustainable tourism, responsible tourism product development, supply chain management, and sustainability training.

Ezinne Barbara Ezeala
Ezinne is a sustainability and ESG professional with experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies across the financial services and telecommunications sectors in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Her expertise spans ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory reporting, with strong working knowledge of international frameworks and standards including GRI, TCFD, SASB, CSRD, CDP, and the GHG Protocol.

Dr. Shraddha Mishra
Dr. Shraddha Mishra is a Sustainability Product and ESG PMO leader with 12+ years of experience in group-level reporting, regulatory compliance, enterprise programme management and technical training across complex organisations. Her expertise spans climate risk reporting, materiality assessments, value chain analysis, environmental impact assessments, financed and facilitated emissions, nature risk reporting and sustainability disclosures, with extensive exposure to international frameworks including ISSB (IFRS S1/S2), EU Taxonomy, BRSR, CSRD, SFDR, GRI, CDP and TNFD.
