Tu Rinsche
Tu Rinsche is a globally recognized advisor, writer, and thought leader working at the intersection of human rights, governance, trade, and responsible business. With more than 20 years of experience spanning business, government, and civil society, she helps organizations navigate complexity and translate evolving expectations into practical action.
Throughout her career, Tu has held leadership and advisory roles with organizations including Starbucks, HP Inc., The Walt Disney Company, Marriott International, and The Ritz-Carlton. Her work has focused on building the governance systems, risk management frameworks, and responsible sourcing strategies that help organizations identify, manage, and respond to complex social risks across global operations and supply chains.
As Founder and Principal of All Rights Advisors, she advises companies, investors, and institutions on responsible sourcing, forced labor risk, regulatory readiness, and governance. She is known for helping leaders move beyond compliance and reporting to strengthen decision-making, accountability, and organizational resilience.
Tu is also the creator of Do the Diligence, a multimedia platform and Substack exploring how technology, trade, regulation, and human rights shape business and society. A frequent speaker and commentator, her insights have been featured in publications including The New York Times, Forbes, Fast Company, Teen Vogue, and Refinery29. She has served on the boards of Verité and Summer Search and was recognized with the Nomi Network Corporate Social Responsibility Award.

Prof. Nicholas A. Robinson
Professor Robinson is widely recognized in the U.S. and globally as a pioneer of modern environmental law. He began developing environmental law in 1969, when he was named to the Legal Advisory Committee of the President’s Council on Environmental Quality. During his career, he drafted New York’s wetlands and wild bird laws and was inaugurated as the first chairman of both the statutory Freshwater Wetlands Appeals Board and Greenway Heritage Conservancy for the Hudson River Valley.
He has contributed extensively to international law, including editing the proceedings of the 1992 United Nations Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, and has engaged in drafting treaties and counselling different countries on the preparation of environmental laws. He has been a distinguished member of the faculty at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University since 1978, and in 2009 Pace conferred the position of University Professor for the Environment on him.
Professor Robinson is a prolific legal scholar with hundreds of books, chapters, law review and scholarly journal articles and citations to his credit on pressing topics including conservation, historic preservation, climate change, sustainable development, zoonosis, human rights and international environmental law.

Alessandra Vignola
Alessandra is a GRI-Certified sustainability professional with 20+ years’ experience across the UK and Europe; her knowledge spans operational leadership and strategic consulting to academia. She has completed a Doctorate in Business Administration at a university in Scotland on Sustainability Management in hospitality organisations and holds a BA (Hons) First Class in International Business and Tourism Management, with a focus on circular economy.
She also holds a certificate from the Carbon Literacy Project UK. Her work bridges research and practice, turning rigorous analysis into real change for the organisations and institutions she works with.

Prof. Kirk W. Junker
Prof. Kirk Junker is Director of the Environmental Law Centre. In 2023 he was elected to become University of Cologne’s first vice rector for sustainability. He studied philosophy and political science at Pennsylvania State University and received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law (1984) and the University of Pittsburgh (1996).
He has worked as a lawyer for the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the European Commission, and has taught at universities in the United States, Great Britain, Ireland and Germany. His research interests include US law, international law, comparative law, environmental law, European law, law and the natural sciences, and law and rhetoric. Since 2009 he has held the Chair of American Law at the University of Cologne.

Prof. Armin Rosencranz
Armin Rosencranz is a renowned lawyer and political scientist. He is the founder of Jindal Global School of Environment and Sustainability at OP Jindal Global University, in Sonipat, India. In 1987 he founded the international environmental NGO Pacific Environment, which he led until 1996.
He has had a long-standing association with Stanford University, where he also served as a Trustee, and has taught climate, energy and global environmental law at Boalt Hall – UC Berkeley. He has received five Fulbright grants — two to India, and one each to Australia, Indonesia and the Philippines. Prof. Rosencranz is the author of several books, including Environmental Law and Policy, published by Oxford Publications and considered a key textbook in its field.

Prof. Dr. Abhiroop Chowdhury
Dr. Abhiroop Chowdhury is Professor and Dean at Jindal Global School of Environment and Sustainability. He completed his graduation in Botany (Hons.) and M.Sc. in Environmental System Management and earned his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) on how development and climate change is impacting mangrove ecology at the Indian Sundarbans.
He has published around 25 Scopus/Web of Science indexed journal articles between 2016–22 with over 500 citations, and was awarded the Inder Mohan Thapar best researcher award in 2016 for his research contributions. His areas of expertise are climate-change ecology, pollution assessment and management, blue carbon sequestration, mangrove restoration and environmental social work. He is also actively involved in conservation and alternative livelihood initiatives at the Indian Sundarbans.

Prof. Aliya Naz
Dr. Aliya Naz is an Assistant Professor at the Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities, O.P. Jindal Global University, India. She completed her Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad with an MHRD fellowship in Environmental Science, researching hexavalent chromium pollution in water, soil and plants at Sukinda — the largest chromite mine in India — and its impact on human health in the mining belt.
Alongside her doctoral research she worked on enviro-social projects in the Indian Sundarbans towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and has served as an environmental consultant and as a Project Scientist at the Gujarat Institute of Desert Ecology. Her research focuses on environmental pollution, human health and sustainable development goals, with expertise in environmental and human health risk assessment models and more than 15 research articles in national and international SCOPUS-indexed journals.

Mahak Agrawal
Mahak Agrawal is an urban planner, climate scientist, public policy and sustainability expert, with deep experience advancing sustainability, equity, and climate resilience across sectors and continents. She is the initiator of All Bits Count (ABC) — a creative climate action project launched at the UN Summit of the Future and UN Climate Change Conference COP29 — and serves on the Steering Board of the ITA-AITES Committee on Underground Space (ITACUS) and the Board of the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP). She is also a LinkedIn Top Green Voice, TEDx Fellow, and former United Nations fellow.
In 2024, Mahak was nominated by the Government of India to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) as a climate science and urban sustainability expert. She has twice served as an expert reviewer for the IPCC and continues to shape global discourse through scientific publications and international speaking engagements, including at the United Nations. She holds dual master’s degrees: an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy as a Shardashish Scholar and Environmental Fellow at Columbia University, and a Master’s in Urban Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.
Her expertise spans climate and environmental policy, ESG and carbon management, urban resilience, and inclusive development. She has advised and collaborated with the OECD, UNEP, World Bank Group, European Climate Foundation, Institute of Transport Economics (Norway), and multiple ministries of the Government of India, and was nominated for the Gates Foundation’s 2021 Goalkeepers Global Goals Award.

Dr. Anandajit Goswami
Dr. Anandajit Goswami is an acclaimed energy economist and sustainability scientist with over 22 years of experience in climate-resilient green growth, sustainable development, and energy policy. He is a Research Fellow at the Ashoka Centre for A People-Centric Energy Transition, Honorary Visiting Professor at the IMPRI Impact and Policy Research Institute, and Director of the Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies.
Dr. Goswami has significantly contributed to research and policy design at both national and sub-national levels in India. He has led major projects funded by organizations such as the Global Green Growth Institute and the Atomic Energy Commission, focusing on the integration of energy, economy, and climate models, and has advised NITI Aayog and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change on the implementation of progressive sustainable development growth plans across states, as well as on India’s sustainable development commitments at a global level.

Dr. Vijaya Pavuluri
Dr. Vijaya Pavuluri is an independent consultant specialising in ESG strategy, sustainability systems, and corporate reporting with a strong focus on Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR). She is a certified ESG expert and sustainability professional, and has established herself as a trusted advisor for top publicly listed companies seeking to strengthen their ESG disclosures, align with regulatory requirements, and integrate sustainability into business strategy.
She is also a NISM and CRISIL Certified-ESG risk analyst, and a member of the ESG Expert Committee of the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI).

Dr. Seema Nihalani
Dr. Seema Nihalani is an accomplished Environmental and Sustainability Leader with over 21 years of experience, uniquely blending significant academic contributions with high-impact industry practice. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from SVNIT, Surat, and an M.Sc. in CSR and Sustainability. A key differentiator in her profile is her role as a NABL Assessor (ISO 17025), underscoring her expertise in accrediting laboratories and ensuring the highest standards of technical competence and data integrity in environmental testing.
Her research and professional work focus on advancing ESG frameworks, Environmental Impact Assessment studies, greenhouse gas accounting, and green building certifications. She has led and executed numerous consultancy projects, including environmental audits for 54 industries for the Gujarat Pollution Control Board and high-value research projects funded by national and international bodies including the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK, and the Department of Science and Technology, India.
Dr. Nihalani’s credentials include Certified ESG Practitioner, Lead Verifier for ISO 14064 (GHG accounting), Lead Auditor for multiple ISO standards (14001, 9001, 50001), IGBC Accredited Professional and NABL Assessor. She has a strong publication record with over 30 research papers, 24 of which are Scopus-indexed, and has held leadership roles as a Director at Parul University and a Technical Manager at Geo Designs and Research Pvt Ltd.
