The curriculum covers the fundamental principles of ESG, global reporting frameworks, ESG risk and compliance, ESG assurance, carbon tax, and sustainable finance and investment, providing a strong foundation for understanding the interconnected dimensions of ESG and applying them in professional practice.

Faculty

Veselina Vargova is a sustainability and ESG professional with extensive international experience in ESG reporting, sustainable finance, and organizational capacity building across Europe, the GCC/MENA region, and Africa. As Co-Founder of Rhodope Global, she advises organizations on developing and implementing practical ESG strategies aligned with globally recognized frameworks, including CSRD/ESRS, IFRS S1 and S2, GRI, ISSB, and PCAF.

Ezinne is a sustainability and ESG professional with experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies across the financial services and telecommunications sectors in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Her expertise spans ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory reporting, with strong working knowledge of international frameworks and standards including GRI, TCFD, SASB, CSRD, CDP, and the GHG Protocol.
